Each person is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 9winbox will consolidate or close the secondary account and may, at its discretion, void associated transactions.

When registering a 9winbox account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. Use of the 9winbox brand or any associated marks in any commercial context — including affiliate marketing, advertising, or third-party content — requires a separate written agreement with 9winbox.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9winbox shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of betting winnings due to system downtime, connectivity failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers (including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, bank systems, etc.).
• Inaccuracies in live data feeds, scoreboards, or statistics displayed on the platform.
• Any legal consequences arising from your decision to use the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not fully enforceable, 9winbox's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9winbox reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to:
